2.48 Acres Close to Moorefield WV and Corridor H

Located about 12 minutes from Moorefield WV in a little subdivision called Carla Acres. It's pretty close to the highway, a quick ride through the subdivision.  It's 150 feet wide and stretches back 720 feet from the road.  It's up hill.  Well it's WV so it's not flat but it's a pretty steady climb up the hill to the back.  There's an old camper trailer on the lot but it's really rough, no value to it.  There's a spot up top that was levelled out for a singlewide which was never put in.  

There is water service in the subdivision but it stops at the house next door.  Maybe they would sell an easement to run a water line to hook in.

There are covenants, check them out, they're pretty light.
