FixerUpper Trailer in Green Spring WV UNDER CONTRACT

The good news is it is basically a good trailer, it has the thicker 2x6 walls for better insulation and despite the mess, it's not that old of a trailer. It could be really nice.  The bad news is, it has one of those particle board subfloor, and the plumbing leaked, so there's a lot of the subfloor that needs to be replaced.

The property has been cleaned up and roof repair was done on that one spot... but check out the video and let me know...
