Primitive Cabin, Needs Work, Adjacent to Public Lands

Cabin has no plumbing at all. There is water and public facilities close by.

Cabin needs work.  It needs a roof and some support work under the cabin.  Resources and the ability to do the work would a required for a buyer who wants owner financing. Work must be done by 9-1-2024, this will be part of the financing contract, so if the work is not complete by that date, foreclosure would be initiated.

Yeah I wish I had the time and staff to go out there and do what's needed before selling it, then the price would be higher!
