Well it's WV so nothing is really flat, but this lot is very gently sloped. It's at the back of the Town Hill Ranches Subdivision, off Jersey Mountain Road. There's a power pole on the lot that used to have a temporary power service box on it. It's been disconnected but the pole is serviceable.
We were out there last summer and did a bunch of clearing and since then a bunch of little locust trees have jumped up, I'm going to try to get out them and give it a haircut. Some of the pics and video are from last summer.
It's a nice lot in a good subdivision. There had been a well put in, but someone threw some rocks down it. Maybe it could be cleared for less than what a new well would cost.
