2.26 Acres w/Well, Septic & Power Pole in Augusta WV UNDER CONTRACT

Sorry for the video, it's long, boring and about the worst video I ever made.  No awards won for this one...! 

Property is located at the end of Starbright Drive just a couple minutes off Rt 50 between Capon Bridge and Romney in the area called Augusta. The lot is in a great location, and if cleaned up and developed it would a great lot!

Well and septic in place although they are old and you will have to jump through some hoops with the county before hooking to them, I believe.  

It's in Golden Acres Subdivision, which does have covenants although the association is defunct and there is no-one enforcing the covenants or doing maintenance.
