Sorry for the video, it's long, boring and about the worst video I ever made.  No awards won for this one...! 

Wooded acres across a steep slope, with road access to the top and the bottom.  Trash from the previous owners left at the top, an old camper and a shed, probably no real values in this.   Potential for great views. It is in POA with covenants and annual dues of $60/year.

Cabin has no plumbing at all. There is water and public facilities close by.
