It's a nice lot, mostly flat with your choice of building locations. It's quiet, mature timber and pleasant. Well maintained roads and your neighbors within the subdivision are determined to keep it nice. There isn't a lot of underbrush, like someone has been clearing out the smaller trees and clearing the fallen trees.
The subdivision is called Potomac Island Ridge and it has 17 acres of common use area that does front onto the South Branch of the Potomac. Camping is allowed although you are not allowed to leave your camper here on a permanent basis, two weeks at a time. Please download and read the covenants.
The subdivision gate is always locked, Lot 29 is about a half mile into the subdivision. With a key, not a code... so that makes it tough to get someone in to view the lot. Call me and we will figure it out.
Although it's not really that far from either Romney or Moorefield, it's in a pretty secluded spot. It's not hard to find or hard to get to, just out of the way.
